Hey everyone. I want to give you a few tips on sleeping postures to prevent pain and stiffness. So if you get a stiff neck in the morning, it could be from sleeping on your stomach. This position cannot only put strain on your low back, but can cause neck pain stiffness from a long night of being in a twisted position. So, if you want to save your neck, try a different position like lying on your back, or your side. Be sure to watch my videos on tips on these positions.
